    Why should a construction company make employees wait until the 7th, 10th or even 20th of the month?

    If an engineer is dissatisfied and decides to leave, delaying the salary does not prevent that person from leaving.

    Banks generally collect EMIs in the early part of the month.

    Employees have their own financial commitments.

    • Better project execution

    A project cannot demand reliability from vendors while giving them uncertainty in payment.


    The Most Important Commercial Rule: Do Not Bid Below Construction Cost

    There is another simple principle that construction companies must follow.

    Do not bid below the actual construction cost.

    And do not destroy the normal margin simply to win a project.

    If a company continually quotes below construction cost, eventually it creates another problem.

    If projects are not available and the company's employees and machinery become surplus, those resources become a burden.
